Program Features

Credit Scoring– Per CA regulations, we do not use credit scoring to determine premium.

Pricing– VERY aggressive rates! Low down, Low monthly!

Limits– State minimums 15/30/5, 25/50/10 (Good Drivers only)

Acceptable Drivers– Drivers age 16+, and 69 or younger are acceptable. Persons under 18 years of age may not be the applicant/named insured.

PPO (Preferred Provider Organization)– An insured has a choice as to where their vehicle is repaired after a covered loss, but that choice does affect the amount the insured will be required to pay for the repairs. If the insured chooses to have repairs made within our PPO network or one of our Direct Repair (DRP) facilities, the insured will be responsible for paying only the deductible listed on their policy. If the insured chooses to have repairs made outside our PPO network or DRP facilities, the insured must pay 20% of the total cost of the repairs, plus their deductible. OTC and Collision coverage lines written with the PPO program endorsement will receive a premium discount.

Artisan / Business Usage– Unacceptable risk.

Common Law Marriage– Persons involved in common law relationships will be rated as single.

Payment Plans– Semi-Annual (with EFT option). 4-pay and 5-pay plans available. 30-day billing on EFT, bank account or credit card.

 Deductibles– $500, $600, $750, $1000, $1100, $1500

Deductible /Lienholder–Same as the insured vehicle’s deductible

Policy & Billing Fees– Policy fee applies. Billing fee of $15 on traditional pay plans; $9 on EFT pay plans

Online Endorsements– All endorsements are processed online in REAL TIME! Easy and fast!

Driver Exclusion / Registered Owner– All registered owners must be included or excluded. Excluded registered owners are acceptable.

Fast 24 Hour Processing– Apps / Endorsements / Payments / Renewals / Rewrites are all processed within 24 hrs.

Good Driver Discount– Discount applies for all coverages. Applies with 36 months verifiable U.S. or Canada driving experience, and less than 2 points.

International DL or Matricula Consular– Unacceptable risk.

Lowered or Lifted Vehicles– Acceptable for liability coverage only

Out of State License– Acceptable, must be US licensed.

Renewal Discounts– Yes! We offer a Renewal Discount after 6-months

Salvaged Vehicles– Acceptable for liability coverage

SR22 (CA licenses only)–$15, filed with CA DMV. Must have verifiable driving record and cannot be excluded from the policy
